Dear Mr. Johns
I’m sure you get letters like this every single day. Every fanboy worth his salt has ideas for how to make your mega-events “better.”
Given what you’ve been able to do with JSA, Hawkman and Green Lantern, we should all probably just sit back and let you do what you do.
Of course, we can’t.
Everyone has opinions and ideas. Unlike you, most of us don’t have the DC Universe at our fingertips to make our ideas reality.
With all that being said, I wanted to give you a couple of ideas to use in this year’s big crossover spectacular Flashpoint. I don’t expect credit or reimbursement. If you want to use my ideas, knock yourself out. We’ll know, but nobody else has to.
That seems fair.
So, without further ado, here are my ideas. I have to assume the Speed Force and all the various speedsters, good and evil, will play a part. To that end, I give you…

and…

Now, I have no idea what the deal is with these guys. They could come from one of the 52 Earths or from a botched attempt at a power increase by Rainbow Raider (he’s due for an update too).
What I do know is you had such good luck creating all the variously colored Lanterns for Blackest Night that going to the crayon box for Flashpoint seems like a natural to me.
Imagine the t-shirts.
Imagine the action figures.
You’ve already got the Reverse Flash (maybe two) and the Black Flash. Let’s get green and purple involved.
Thanks for your time.
